Two-thirds (66%) of finance professionals expect AI to save 50–200 hours/year in FP&A tasks. While this paints a highly optimistic picture, it’s best to stay cautiously optimistic.
A conservative rule of thumb helps avoid overpromising. Assume you’ll realize about 60–70% of claimed hours or cost savings, especially in your first year.
