Referring a friend to Drivetrain is easy and rewarding

Take full advantage of our referral program in three simple steps.

You submit the referral form
Once you submit the referral form, someone from Drivetrain will get in touch with your referral. You must submit a new form for every new referral.

We engage with your referral
We'll set up a discovery call with your referral to understand their company's needs and challenge with respect to their FP&A processes and explore with them how Drivetrain could add value.

You receive your rewards
When your referral's company becomes a Drivetrain opportunity* you'll receive an Apple Airpods Max (worth $549). And when that company becomes a Drivetrain customer, you'll get an Apple Vision Pro (worth $3,499)! Or, if you prefer, we can give you the cash equivalent of these rewards instead.

Referral Program FAQs

Can I refer someone even if I’m not a Drivetrain user?

Of course! We are happy to accept referrals from both users and non-users of Drivetrain. However, if you are an existing Drivetrain customer, you cannot refer someone from your own company.

Can I refer multiple people?

Yes! You are welcome to refer as many people as you like. However, you cannot refer multiple people from the same company. We have a separate Affiliate Program for people who want to refer more than 9 contacts to Drivetrain which offers additional rewards (% commission rates). To see if you would be eligible for the Affiliate Program, write to us at refer@drivetrain.ai.

Who would be the right kind of person to refer?

The ideal referral will be someone with decision-making authority in the finance or executive department (CFOs, CEOs, Head of Finance or FP&A etc.) from a B2B company with at least 50 full-time employees and over $5M (USD) in annual revenues.

How do I track the status of my referral?

We’ll share regular updates via email as your referral progresses. If you have additional questions on the status of your referral, you can always write to us at refer@drivetrain.ai.

When will I receive my reward?

We will deliver the incentive for a referred company that becomes a Drivetrain customer within 30 business days after the referred customer has paid their annual contract fee.

How will I receive my reward?

We'll notify you by email as soon as you become eligible for the reward. If you choose to receive the Apple Vision Pro, your rewards will be sent to your delivery address. Should you choose to receive a gift card, we will send it to your email id. The reward will be delivered once all requested information has been submitted and completed as outlined in the terms and conditions.

Will my referral expire?

Your referral that enters into a customer agreement with Drivetrain within 90 days after your initial referral and pays the first annual contract fee is deemed a Drivetrain customer and will make you eligible for the associated reward.

Referral program terms and conditions

This referral program (the “Program”) offers you the opportunity to earn incentive/rewards by referring qualifying companies to Drivetrain. To participate in the Program, you must abide by the terms on this webpage.
  • Introduction: Drivetrain, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to terminate, modify, add, end, suspend, or delete any of these Program Terms, the Program, rewards, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.
  • Eligibility: A company that is referred to Drivetrain through this webpage is a “referral” or “referred company”. A referred company that meets the qualifying criteria set forth on this webpage and that is accepted by Drivetrain is a “Drivetrain opportunity”. A Drivetrain opportunity that enters into a customer agreement with Drivetrain within 90 days after such Drivetrain Opportunity’s initial referral and pays the first annual contract fee is a “Drivetrain customer”. Drivetrain reserves the right to determine whether a referred company meets the criteria to be deemed a Drivetrain opportunity or Drivetrain customer. Companies and employees of Drivetrain and their immediately family and household members are not eligible to participate in the Program. Referral contacts from companies that are already in active discussions with Drivetrain (i.e. are existing Drivetrain opportunities) will not be eligible for this program. You cannot refer yourself or someone else at the company where you’re currently working.Introduction: Drivetrain, in its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to terminate, modify, add, end, suspend, or delete any of these Program Terms, the Program, rewards, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.
  • Benefits: Drivetrain will send you updates on the status of your referral via email. To receive your incentive rewards, you must promptly (but in any event, within 30 days) respond to all Drivetrain requests and inquiries requesting information to deliver the incentive rewards (including, without limitation, requests for a completed Form 1099, your government-issued identification cards and banking information necessary to perform an ACH deposit). In case Drivetrain is unable to deliver the Apple product to you or in case of unavailability of the product, Drivetrain will transfer the corresponding cash equivalent (adjusted for tax) to you as per the terms outlined on this webpage.
  • This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Promotional awards received through the Program may be taxable to the recipient. Participants in the Program should contact their tax advisor. Drivetrain and its agents (a) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the incentive rewards, (b) disclaim any implied warranty; and (c) are not in any way responsible or liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from acceptance and use of any reward. You assume all liability for injuries or damages of any kind caused or claimed to be caused by participating in this Program, or by the acceptance, possession or use of any incentive reward. By participating, you hereby agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Drivetrain and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any claim, injury, damage, liability or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in this Program. Offers void where prohibited by law.
  • Except where prohibited, disputes, claims and causes of action arising from this Program shall be resolved under the laws of the State of California (without reference to its principles), and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive state and federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
