Refer setup guideAbout Rillet
Rillet is the AI-native ERP that helps finance teams at mid-market, enterprise, and public companies close faster and report in real time. It covers the general ledger, receivables, payables, bank reconciliation, close management, revenue recognition, and multi-entity accounting and consolidation. With Rillet, finance teams run a continuous close with every entry traceable to its source.
Put each Rillet close to work in your plan
[ 01 ]
Connect Rillet actuals to your operational data
Drivetrain syncs with Rillet along with your other operational systems, so pipeline, headcount, usage, and actuals update together in one model.
When the board asks if you have enough reps to hit the number, show capacity needed vs. available, with each rep’s quota adjusted for ramp and attrition.

[ 02 ]
Plan every entity in one group model
Connect Rillet once, and each entity's actuals come into Drivetrain on their own. Build a budget for each entity, and Drivetrain rolls them up into one group budget.
The group budget vs. actuals updates on every sync, so it's current the day you close the month in Rillet.

[ 03 ]
Give budget owners their numbers as soon as the books close
Rillet entries come into Drivetrain with the department your team tags them with, so once you close, each department head can open their own budget vs. actuals.
Budget questions stop landing with your team, so after close you focus on variance analysis instead of sending numbers.

[ 04 ]
Build your board report once, not every close
Instead of exporting Rillet's statements to a Google Sheet and reformatting them for the board each month, build your board report once in Drivetrain.
Each sync brings in your Rillet income statement, balance sheet, cash flow, and trial balance, so the report fills in the day you close.

How does Drivetrain connect to Rillet?
In a few minutes, without IT or code. Your team connects Rillet from Drivetrain's Data page, and Drivetrain starts its first sync as soon as the connection is in place. After that, it syncs on the schedule you set.
What data does Drivetrain sync from Rillet?
Your ledger, the invoices and bills behind it, and Rillet's own financial statements.
Transactions: Journal entries, invoices, bills, and credit memos, each with its line items.
Lists: Accounts, subsidiaries, customers, vendors, products, bank accounts, and your custom fields.
Reports: Monthly income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, and trial balance, plus journal entries in your reporting currency with the exchange rate.
How do actuals update in Drivetrain when an entry changes in Rillet?
On the next sync. Each sync reads your Rillet ledger in full, so new, edited, and corrected entries all come across. Sync on a schedule you set, or on demand from the Data page, for example right after your team finishes the close.
How long does a Rillet sync take in Drivetrain?
Minutes for most ledgers. Your full history comes across with every sync, so there is nothing to backfill later.
Should we connect Drivetrain during our Rillet go-live or after it?
Either works. Many teams go live on Rillet and Drivetrain together to upgrade their finance stack in one move. If you connect later, your full Rillet history still comes across.
Can I keep my QuickBooks or NetSuite history in Drivetrain after moving to Rillet?
Yes. Bring in your history from QuickBooks, NetSuite, or another ERP, and it sits in Drivetrain next to your Rillet actuals, so you can compare the years before and after your move to Rillet.
Can Drivetrain plan across multiple Rillet entities?
Yes. Each entity syncs with its own entries and the reporting-currency amounts Rillet recorded. You build a plan for each entity, set up intercompany eliminations for the plan by account, by transaction, or as a lump sum, and the entity plans roll up into one group plan next to Rillet's actuals.
Can I see a month in Drivetrain before it is closed in Rillet?
Yes. Each sync brings in the entries posted so far, including those in a month that is still open, so you can see where the month is heading. Drivetrain also reads the last period you closed in Rillet, so closed months can be told apart from open ones.
Does Drivetrain write anything back to Rillet?
No. The connection only reads from Rillet. Your budgets and scenarios stay in Drivetrain, and your Rillet books change only when your team changes them.
